課程摘要：

本課程探討性別議題如何影響現代社會的各個面向，以及其背後的重要性。課程內容涵蓋多元主題，包括性別發展、月經健康、家庭與性別教育、大學校園中的性別包容、職場性別平權，以及環保運動的女性典範。透過這些單元，學生將有機會認識性別議題的多樣性與複雜性，並啟發自己思考如何在日常生活中推動性別公平，共同為建構更平等的社會貢獻心力。

This course explores how gender issues impact various aspects of modern society and the underlying significance of these issues. The course covers a range of topics, including gender development, menstrual health, family and gender education, gender inclusivity on university campuses, gender equality in the workplace, and female role models in the environmental movement. Through these modules, students will have the opportunity to understand the diversity and complexity of gender issues and be inspired to reflect on how they can promote gender fairness in their daily lives, contributing to the creation of a more equal society.

課程目標：

完成課程後，學生預期可以達到以下目標：

1.了解性別在不同社會情境中的意涵及其變動性。

2.認識性別如何影響各領域，並形塑個人觀念與經驗。

3.發現並反思社會文化規範中的性別不平等現象。

4.建立性別知識，並可對性別議題進行有根據的討論。

5.應用所學知識，為推動性別包容及永續做出貢獻。

After completing this course, students are expected to achieve the following learning goals:

1.Understand the meaning and dynamics of gender in different social contexts.

2.Recognize how gender influences various fields and shapes personal beliefs and experiences.

3.Identify and reflect on gender inequality in societal and cultural norms.

4.Build knowledge about gender issues and engage in well-informed discussions on related topics.

5.Apply the knowledge gained to contribute to gender inclusivity and sustainability.

本課程從多元視角探討性別對平權與永續發展的影響，透過案例分析與理論學習，引導學員思考性別如何成為塑造世界的重要力量。我們將戴上性別的眼鏡，來認識性別既是生理的，也承載文化的意涵；性別既是個人的，也是社會的現象；更深入觀察性別在家庭、職場及全球舞台中的無所不在。本課程由慈濟大學各領域的專家共同設計，突破傳統學科框架的限制，帶來一種溫柔且深具啟發性的教育力量，幫助您豐富個人知識，並期待與您一起啟程，參與這場充滿思考與學習的知識之旅。

This course explores the impact of gender on equality and sustainability from multiple perspectives. Through case studies and theories, we will guide you to think about how gender has become a powerful force in shaping the world. We'll put on gender lenses to understand that gender is both biological and cultural; it is personal yet social; and we’ll observe how gender is everywhere—in the family, the workplace, and on the global stage. Designed by experts from different fields at Tzu Chi University, this course goes beyond traditional academic boundaries, offering a gentle yet inspiring approach to enrich your knowledge.
